Step out of survival mode and into a weekend of rest, hospitality, and practical reconnection.
Parenting through chronic stress, broken trust, or frequent conflict is exhausting. The Parent Intensive is an immersive, trauma-responsive retreat designed to help you catch your breath, reset your nervous system, and rebuild emotional closeness with your child.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
Radical Hospitality & Rest: You cannot give what you do not have. Receive restorative, attuned care in an environment designed to replenish you.
Experiential Training: Move beyond lectures into guided, hands-on practice. Through role-play and somatic grounding, you will rewire reactive emotional patterns and build instinctual relational muscle memory.
Rupture & Repair: Learn concrete attachment tools to reach a guarded or dysregulated child and safely rebuild trust after conflict.
Communal Support: Break the isolation and quiet shame of parenting struggles alongside a small, understanding cohort of peers.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
This retreat is designed for parents, foster/adoptive caregivers, and guardians who:
Feel stuck in cycles of yelling, shutdown, or constant power struggles.
